What Happens Next?
If I contact Great Measures today what can I expect to happen?
Whether you Email, Text, Call, or send a Submission form above, you can expect a response to your inquiry within 1 business day of submittal, & in many cases, you may receive an immediate response.
Then what?
Either directly or shortly thereafter, a Great Measures representative will contact you in an attempt to suss out the type of work which you require & whether our company might be a good fit for your needs.
You can quote projects over the phone?
Unfortunately, No. The phone interview is just a screening process. Assuming the work is within our scope, we will send a knowledgeable representative (intimately familiar with the work in question) to the project site to assess the situation & take the notes necessary to provide an in-depth quote. Sometimes ball-park estimates can be attempted through correspondence but they will not be binding until a representative can physically inspect the project site and confirm said estimates.
What happens if the quote sounds good to me?
A date will be scheduled for the work to begin. A Work-Order will be printed & your job will be put on the books. (The Work-Order will describe the specifics of your particular project; terms, notes, payment, etc.)
How do I know the job will be done to standard?
The Work-Order will describe the quality and scope of your job. We pride ourselves on our quality of work & often go beyond our client's expectations. However at the end of your project, to ensure that the scope of the work has been properly performed, the Work-Order will be reviewed and from it a Punchlist (a checklist of final repairs to fulfill the scope of the Work-Order) will be derived & then completed.
When is payment due?
Depending on the size of the project you may not be asked to pay until completion. Large jobs may call for payments to be broken up into halves or thirds. The work order for your specific job will state when payments will need to be made. Before we ask for the final payment of any job however, a checklist of final repairs (called a Punchlist) will be reviewed with the client. When this Punchlist is completed to the client's approval, the job will be deemed completed & the final payment due payable.
Thanks For Visiting!
When the going gets rough, and you are in the middle of nowhere with limited equipment and an approaching deadline, sometimes you have to surf a deer blind to get the job done! Definitely not normal behavior for us but it shows the lengths we will go to make our clients happy.
